Job Description

During Training
  • Should undergo 30 days intensive classroom and practical training in Data Conversion/Entry.
  • Should participate actively throughout the training.
  • Should be punctual and regular throughout the training.
  • Should perform well in the tests during training.
  • Ensure that all the process steps are followed as per SOP
After Training
  • Update the day-to-day production details in E-workflow production entry system after completion of an article/chapter.
  • Meet the production targets as per the target set for each process.
  • Perform the tasks as per the defined SOPs
  • Produce “error-free” output.
  • Take input/feedback from senior data conversion operator on every file.
  • Identify the ‘bugs’ in the scripts/tools and enter that E-support system.
Salary:  Aspirants who are selected will be paid "Salary Package Best in the Industry"………..

Education

Also should have Graduate in any Computer Science discipline (except BE and MCA 2011 passed out), an eye for detail and proficiency in Microsoft word.
  • Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts, no night shifts for women
  • Should have excellent communication, inter-personal skills.
  • Should be a team player & understand the feedback provided by the seniors and make sure the same errors are not repeated.
  • Should be self-motivated to learn the job as quickly as possible.
  • Candidates residing in & around Chennai will be given first preference
  • Candidates interested in relocating to Chennai will also be considered.
