BITS Admission Test Hall Ticket Contains

BITSAT Test Pattern

The test consists of four parts: Part I: Physics / Part II: Chemistry / Part III: (a) English Proficiency and (b) Logical Reasoning / Part IV: Mathematics or Biology (For B. Pharm candidates)

All questions are of objective type (multiple choice questions); each question with choice of four answers, only one being correct choice. Each correct answer fetches 3 marks, while each incorrect answer has a penalty of 1 mark (-1 mark).

Section Physics & Chemistry will be having 40 No of questions, English Proficiency and Logical Reasoning there will be 25 questions, Mathematics/ Biology (For B. Pharm) will be consisting of 45 questions. No marks are awarded for questions not attempted. While the candidate can skip a question, the computer will not allow the candidate to choose more than one option as correct answer. There will be 150 questions in all.

Some Important Points 

Every year the test will be conducted in slots wise and it is a computer based online test. The test will be conducted throughout the India in 63 cities. Venue, date and time of test will be mentioned in hall ticket.

Candidates will be required to given finger print at the time of exam, so do not have paint / henna on your finger. Before exam ensures that there is no error in your Admit Card and if there is any error then contact to authority on time.

Important Dates:

Hall Tickets can be Downloaded Till April 2017; Online Test Date will be in May 2017. Candidates to apply for admission with 12th marks and Preferences to Degree programmes will be between May – June 2017, Admit List and Wait List announcement will be in July 2017
