Candidates

Counselling Process
Step I: WBJEE Counselling Online Registration
- Aspirants are informed that WBJEE counseling registration has been updated here soon.
- Candidates need to follow the ‘New Candidate Registration’ link and submit their WBJEE Roll Number, Application Form Number, Candidate Name, Date of Birth and Security Pin.
- After completion of registration Id and Password will be generated, you need to note down it for future reference.
- To complete the entire registration formalities aspirants need to pay Rs. 510/.
Step II: Choice Filling
- Candidates, you can fill your choices for the different course with the help of the Id and Password and take participate in colleges.
- The JEE Main and WBJEE candidates must lock the choice before July 2017.
- Candidates are informed that final choices will go on the due date at 5:00 pm, and then submitted choices will lock automatically.
Step III: WBJEE Counselling Seat Allotment
- The seat allocation will be completed through online mode. Desirable aspirants can check the seat allotment after submitting their ID and Password.
- Applicants are informed that the seat Allotment will be done on the basis of WBJEE 2017 or JEE Main 2017 AIR.
- The score of class 12th will not be considered to do so.
Step IV: Reporting and Document Verification
- Once the seat is allocated to the candidates, they are required physically report at the Reporting Center (RC).
- Verification of the documents will be done on the reporting centre. Aspirants will have to pay initial admission fee
- The fee amount for TFW candidates is Rs. 4000 and for the rest candidates the fee amount is Rs. 5000.
- At the last aspirants will have to physically report at the allocated institute.

- Fee for Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW): Rs 4000
- Fees for University/Government Institute: Rs 5000
- State Funded Institutions (SFI): Rs 20,000
