Steps To Check AKTU Online Registration Form And Seat Confirmation

Step: 1

Online Registration and Payment Process

•  Aspirants who have qualified the entrance exam conducted by university will have to register themselves to take participate in the AKTU Counseling 2017. For this aspirants need to follow some steps, have a look!!

• Students to had qualified in entrance exam and first of all have to register themselves to appear in counselling process.

• First of all, students should visit to the official website of the Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University Uttar Pradesh which is www.upsee.nic.in.

• Fill the required details such as application number and password.

• After filing all the details, students need to press the submit button as registeration process is completed.

• Once individuals have registered, they need to require Registration fee as per the course requirements. The mode of submission of the fee is online. 

Step: 2

Online Choice Filling

• Once you registered yourself, you need to can fill up the choices as per your convenience.

• Candidates don’t forget that no amendment is possible in order of choices. So complete the process before last date.

• Before the last date of choice filling, students can alter some choices and modify them.

• Aspirants must download call letter from official site of the university by entering some important details such as Course, Roll Number and Date of Birth.

Step: 3

Document Verification

• After the completion of the second rounds, candidates should go for next stage that is verification of documents.

• Elected contenders must carry their all original documents along with two photocopies of each at the scheduled designated verification centers to verify their Documents.

• After completion of document verification One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the candidates.

• Marks sheet of Class XII

• Character certificate

• UPSEE 2017 Admit Card

• UPSEE 2017 Online Registration slip (only for JEE Main)

• UPSEE 2017 Counseling letter

• Certificate of Medical Fitness/ Undertaking of Medical Fitness

• Domicile certificate, if applicable.

• Income certificate for economically weak candidates

• Category certificate for OBC/ SC/ ST, if applicable

• GDDA category certificate, if applicable

• Rural Weightage certificate, if applicable

• Subcategory certificate for Freedom fighters/ Armed forces/ Physically handicapped as applicable

Step: 4

Allotment of Seats

• After the completion of Online Choice Filling is done of the AKTU Counseling, aspirants will get seats which will be provided according to the performance of applicants.

• First preference of the courses and college will be given to those, who have secured better rank in entrance exam.

• Aspirants who had got scoring marks in the entrance examination will be given the First preference of the courses and college.

• There after aspirants can go through the same verification center to check Seat Allotment.

• Candidates should confirm their allotted seats after first allotment rounds.

• Those who will not confirm their seats will not get any right for claiming seats.

• Finally, shortlisted students need to Report to the allotted college and submit their admission fee.

AKTU Counseling Fee

Aspirants, who want to attend the AKTU Counseling 2017, need to pay required fee which we have described here. Aspirants who belong to General / OBC categories, are required to pay Rs. 20000/. Reserved categories candidates are required to pay Rs. 12000/. You can submit your fee by using Debit Card / Credit Card / Internet Banking.
